1. Clear glass jar
2. Food dye of all colors
3. different types of shaving cream
Water to fill the jar up
Water ¾ of the jar. Lots of food dye
Shaving cream or gel to top or over ( make sure to shake jar)

Will different types of shaving
creams affect this experiment?

We did our research on

We are using 3 shaving creams
Sensitive skin
Gel
And Regular.
We think the creams will work better
than the gel.

6. Test it
Kaylee used shaving gel
Lexi used. Regular cream
Jaelyn used sensitive skin Safety first
We used these shaving creams to test the difference
between them.

7. Analyze Data
While we tested it we realized that the gel went terribly wrong it sunk into the
water and looked like a jellyfish after a few days it over flowed the jar.
The dye did not go through the regular cream for 3 days.
The sensitive skin worked the best on our opinion the dye went through the
shaving cream perfectly and looked the best.

8. In conclusion
In conclusion we realized that this experiment worked best with sensitive skin
shaving cream. While gel overflowed out of the jar and with the regular the dye
didn’t even go through the shaving cream. So that’s why we think the sensitive
skin cream worked the best.
