                               Company Profile

A leading real estate development company within the Middle East found their business was
underperforming. As a result deadlines were being missed, key government projects were falling
behind schedule and financial targets were not being met.
The CEO asked Talent2 International to assess the business’ human capital and existing management
hierarchy, including Board of Directors, to detail a plan of restructure.

                               Background

Working closely with the CEO, Talent2 conducted an internal audit and found the Board consisted of 9
Directors. Subsequently the CEO had 9 direct reports.
Talent2 provided benchmarking on other internationally leading developers and consulted on how the
structure and reporting lines into boards and senior management were designed.

                               Implementation Process

Talent2 presented and implemented a board restructure creating 4 new Vice President positions
reporting directly to the CEO. Of the existing 9 board members, 2 were internally promoted to Vice
President. The additional 2 Vice Presidents were sourced externally.
The CEO had a team of 4 directly reporting to him who were responsible for disseminating information.

                               Benefits

                               > Each of the 4 Vice Presidents were empowered to take ownership of their departments, allowing
