Because it is a important part in the program of selling. Instruction manuals let customers know about our company
and our products. And a good instructional guide even will make our products stand out from the crowed. It not only
includes the basic information about our company, shops, products and service, but also includes the extra
information that good for customers whether it can help us to sell product better or not.

● To make your instruction manuals different. Any good instruction manual has its features, so decide on your slant
first, then give some special information.
● To make your instruction manuals simple. So you should decide how to list materials, think through your
instructions, uses formatting to clarify your message and active, clear language.
● Test the instructions. When we finish the instruction manuals, we'd better not use it directly, we still need to test if it
is good enough. And we can put some questionnaire, and add some answers of customer's questions on the
instruction manuals.
● Add more photos or picture. Sometimes, images can maker people understand easier and faster, so it is an important
part as well.
● Move step by step. It is a good way to instruct something.

For example, there is a customer who wants to buy our products, but he don't know which one is more fitful. Then,
our work can ask him questions to know the situation so that he can choose some types of products which fit the
customer. By doing like this, the customer will get the information that he want at least, even if he don't buy at that
moment.

A. How would you promote an instructional guide for your business situation? (50 words minimum)
It must be easy to be understood if the simplified comprehensible manual is used when it explains the product to the
customer. Moreover, if necessaries can learn something, the customer learns the product. And, it is necessary to write
the disclaimer firmly. It would be better to be able to promote the sales of the product if it does so.
B. Talk about an instructional guide that you want to prepare on how to use your mobile phone. Explain at least 10
major points you will include in this instructional guide of your choice. What will be the exact purpose of the guide?

First of all, what the user wants to remember has a portable performance, the explanation of the button, and the basic
operation method, etc. It is necessary to put them on the manual as a base. Moreover, the user should know the
function performance and various how to set carrying. If what it can do when the user doesn't know it is not
understood, and it is not possible to set it, it is variously inconvenient. And, there is a necessity for describing the
action method when the explanation of the equipment of the attachment, the disclaimer, and the problem occur.
Because it is possible to deal if you wrote when the user is embarrassed. Moreover, the manual is divided by the
item, and there is a necessity for making easily to see, too.

It is necessary to write the basic operation method and the function of the product. If it is not written, the user cannot
