Building and sustaining a safe and defensive culture has today become a crying need in a country where the vehicle population is growing exponentially on highways, city and rural roads. In this context, it becomes very important to build a safe and defensive driving culture that clearly recognizes that “Driving is not a Right, but a Privilege”.
