2. Key duties/responsibilities for project support
1. Prepare large transmittals of drawing packages
2. Control / Archive of customer and vendor documents
3. Maintain Lesson learned files
4. Support project managers with material control
5. Office Facilities management -request building repairs, interface with
building management -support office functions including maintain office
equipment and supplies
6. Process computer data entry into project management software packages
like Primavera, for drawing metrics, Change orders, etc.
7. Assist engineering and technical staff as required
8. Generate and distribution of meeting minutes
9. Support Sourcing with creating purchase requisitions from BOM''s
10. Control Office mail & distribution, Handling FedEx / UPS deliveries

3. Key job qualifications for project support
1. Bachelor''s Degree from an accredited university or college (OR High
School Diploma / GED with a minimum 4 years of experience in a project
control position)
2. Minimum 1 additional years of experience in a project control role
3. Prior experience in a large project environment
4. Basic AutoCad and Primavera software knowledge
5. Six Sigma training or equivalent quality training
6. Excellent computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Office tools
7. Excellent organization skills
8. Prior Office management experience
9. Self-Motivated and Self-directed individual
10. Ability to work in a matrix organization
