• But you do need a timeline!
• Company, position, gained SQE (Skills, Qualifications, Experiences), manager
PLUS the social stuff
• We, as human beings, are successful inside a human environment
• Much as the business challenge may look the same, the people environment could be
very different. That could lead to the team/your failure
• If we recognise both the business challenge and the people environments in which we
are happiest, then those will (probably) be where we created the best/quickest
business outcome

• What was the business challenge: Start-up; Growth; Profit Improvement; Change
management; “Save the Titanic!”
• The team: scale; mix (sex, skills, etc); your position within (doer/technician, manager,
leader); relationship with team; relationship with manager

sheet stories (ie: five positions/situations)
