1.Main Idea
The main idea for our business is that we will be able to recycle book
covers. Not many people know how to do it , and not many people try.
Old cover are refurbished and designed to give your book a nicer touch.
Approach
Students always have a problem with
finding the right diary .So we will take
any old one and turn it into a cool new
one.All students are potential customers
and the price of designing your diary is
from 10 euros till 25 euros. Depending
on the customers demands.

• Firstly we will start with students at our school.
• After some time we can move onto other schools and maybe even
people from out neighbourhood

• Our location is positioned in a garden house by me
• We recognised the benefits that we haven‘t to pay rent and a perfect
workplace

• First we will start a poll in school to give us a general overview about the
demand
• Depending on the results of the voting, we will decide to implement it
• (In the case of a positive result, we would like to develop our project by
use of advertising in local journeys)

• Start-up costs: ca. 150€ to buy materials
• Variable cost: between 10-25€ depending on quality and proberties,
shoes will be sold with a profit of 15% (f.e. 15€ costs will result in
17,25€)
• Break-Even-Point: 15c+150=17,25 x = …
• Expected profits: (p-c)*x-150=p
