iVrach.com is a professional online community for Russian-speaking
physicians from various parts of the world. It is a platform for doctors
to exchange their observations and queries about clinical issues,
discuss news and developments in healthcare, and participate in
educational activities.
By incorporating emerging online trends and technologies, iVrach not
only enhances physician-to-physician interaction but also facilitates
dialogue between the HCP community and the wider industry.
The purpose of this short survey is to gain greater insight into HCPs’
online preferences and to identify the most trusted digital outlets of
medical information for practitioners.

3. Findings
The most frequently used sources of medical information for
professionals are
medication databases, medical news sites and SN communities for
HCPs.
The majority of respondents indicated that they never visit websites
offering patient consultation and rating services for HCPs.
Online publications and SN communities for HCPs remain the most
trusted sources of information for physicians, while pharma-
sponsored websites were identified as the least trusted.
Conclusion: mistrust of pharma-sponsored digital resources, while
online medical publications and SN communities for HCPs remain the
most trusted sources of medical information for professionals.
