2. About iVrach.com
iVrach.com is a professional online community for Russian-speaking physicians from
various geographic locations. It is a place where doctors can exchange their
observations and questions about clinical issues, as well as participate in various
educational activities.
iVrach members use their real identities. This enables each member verification and
creates an atmosphere of trust necessary for effective professional collaboration.
By applying emerging web trends and technologies iVrach not only enhances physician to
physician interactions but also facilitates effective dialogue between HCP community and
the industry.
As healthcare industry continues to explore opportunities provided by digital media
iVrach asked its member doctors to provide their feedback on professional medical
internet in 2014.
The purpose of this short survey is to gain greater insight into the current situation with
digital medical resources in Russian language, identify HCPs online preferences as well as
limitations they face.
