    • Despite our ‘progress’ in knowledge and technology, we see more and more suicide cases.
    • Despite our ‘progress’ in knowledge and technology, we see more and more cases of divorce and family breakdown.

    • Let us ponder … * There will be more Dukkha or suffering when we have more greed, hatred and delusion. * True happiness and peace cannot prevail unless we practice charity, loving-kindness, compassion and cultivate wisdom through mindfulness meditation. * True happiness, peace and freedom are not found in the world outside but within us … in our hearts and minds. DO GOOD. AVOID EVIL. PURIFY THE MIND.
