About TLC

Tam Lapp : Founder
Tam Lapp is a young enthusiastic and driven entrepreneur with a passion for life.
From an early age Tam learned to overcome adversity and tragic events that took place in his life, he
learned to adapt to profound changes in his surrounding environment. Being Adopted at the age of 12
by a loving family in Amish Country Lancaster Pennsylvania introduced Tam to a lifestyle and work ethic
that would change his life forever.
Tam at a young age started working in the home building industry for a Amish family member who
owned a residential construction company, he quickly found that building was what he loved to do,
years of building homes would eventually lead Tam into the Post Frame Industry.
After years of building for a Pole building company, in 2008 Tam founded Tam Lapp Construction LLC a
Company that Specializes in Post Frame Buildings, with years of his knowledge and actual hands on
building experience, a strong work ethic and a love and passion for people business began to grow
rapidly.
With hundreds of buildings constructed in 9 different states Tam Lapp Construction is becoming not
only a leader in the Post Frame Industry but also a business that’s built upon quality workmanship,
Integrity, Individualized customer service and the level of customer satisfaction that’s hard to find these
days.
Tam says: “Our great customers and the relationships that are built daily is what makes our business
what it has become over the years”.
Tam knows what it takes in life to make things happen and go after what you want, he strives everyday
to listen to his customers and give them what they’ve been waiting for years to become there dream
and reality.

Brandon Williams : Customer Relations Manager
Born in the winter of 1983 in York PA, grew up in the inner city PA with a loving family and
a christian background, Graduated William Penn Sr HS in 2001. After high school I joined
the US Navy where I would be for the next 8 years. During those 8 years a lot of things
happened including 9/11 which would send me to Iraq twice among many other countries
around the world (17) while being stationed with the 2nd Marine Division in Canp
LeJeune NC, My specialty was a combat corpsman (medic) in which i was tasked to
perform as a Marine but also save lives. This time taught me selflessness as well as
customer service, teamwork, and loyalty.
After being stationed for four years with the Marines I was accepted into a unique college
program while still enlisted in the Navy. I completed my Associated degree in Medical
Laboratory in thirteen months to be nationally certified (MLT/ASCP). I then returned to
the Marines aid as an even more specialized asset where I would finish out my career
with the Navy’s core values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment in which i still live by to
this day.
I moved to PA in the winter of 09 where I would meet Tam Lapp through a group of′
friends, we quickly became friends when I noticed that we lived by the same system of
values.
I enjoy being a part of Tam Lapp Construction because of the honesty, loyalty, fairness,
and quality of work we produce, as well as the willingness to serve, communicate and
produce a product that exceeds customers expectations. The teamwork, work
environment, and genuine care about our staff is second to none and that’s why I love
being a part of this team.

Mark Heisey : Project Manager
Hard working and dedicated to customer satisfaction.
Born in York County PA to Conservative Brethren parents who taught him
the importance of hard work and honesty. Working after school with his
grandfather doing carpentry building houses.
Attended a private school (Shekinah Christian Academy) Worked in the
building industry most of his life. Started for Agway Pole Building in the
mid 80 s Than worked for a local Refactory Brick Plant. Moved to UK for 2′
years as a project manager that company.
Came back to the USA and went into sales for a leading Lumber Company.
Is married with 2 sons, both in the Military.

Bhupendra Chauhan :

Having Master Degree in Computer Science. I m Hard Worker, Honest,
Exceptional communication and organizational skills, Ability to manage
multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with
Passion, Integrity and Energy!
6 years of total IT experience including programming, application
development, System Maintenance. 3 years of Experienced and expertise
in Wordpress, .Net Framework, VB, Visual Basic.Net, ASP.Net 2.0, 3.5 and
ADO.Net. Also JavaScript, CSS, and Ajax.
Also experienced with Other Tools like HTML editor, FLASH, Photoshop,
Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Video Editor etc..
