• The DISC Personality System is the universal
  language of behaviour.
• Behavioural characteristics can be grouped
  together in four major divisions
• People with similar personality profiles styles
  tend to exhibit specific behavioural
  characteristics
• All people share these four styles in varying
  degrees of intensity.
