The first Mind Movies tip is not actually a tip. It is a must have attitude you need to adopt to successfully use The Law of Attraction
and the power of positive visualization. This attitude goes as follows. If you are to get what you want you must focus on what
you want. Sounds pretty self explanatory, right? However, the majority of people are focused on negative all the time. “I want
to quit my job because I hate it and I hate my boss too”. “I want to start my business to quit my day job which I hate”. “I want a
new car because my old one in a piece of junk”. This is not way to go. You must focus on positive things that you want to happen.
Like a new car that will be fast, reliable, and comfortable. Or, a new job that you will enjoy going to every day. Or, a business
that makes you prosper. Always focus on positive picture.
The next tip is to make you mental picture a most compelling picture ever. This must be something that makes you so excited
that you will go through anything, overcome any obstacle to achieve what you want. Try to play with colours. Make it brighter or
dimmer, more colourful or less colourful depending on what you picture is all about. Add some other sensory data that makes
this picture more compelling. Try adding an ambient sound like waves of the ocean or singing of a bird. Or, maybe try some
smells. The smell of a flower, or a smell of a fresh ocean breeze. Next, try to feel this very breeze with your skin. Use all the senses
you have to make the picture the most compelling picture you’ve ever created.
Next tip is to relax when you visualise. You body need to be totally relaxed to maximize an effect of visualization. Relaxation
opens up a door to you unconscious mind and let the picture of your desires sink in. Relaxation can be hard at first and you need
to learn how to let go of tensions in your body. Do it regularly with your eyes closes. Check all part of your body one by one and
let go of the muscle tension if you feel it. Try taking some meditation or yoga classes as well. It will help you to learn relaxation
techniques. When your body is completely relaxed, start visualizing.
