Agrupamento de Escolas Gualdim Pais - TOMAR - PORTUGAL There is an important festival every four years, The Trays Festival ( Festa dos Tabuleiros ). The next festival will be held in July 2011 . The tabuleiros are carried on the heads of young girls dressed in white. The tabuleiro is made of 30 loaves and is decorated with flowers made of paper. Each tabuleiro is topped by a crown with a dove or a cross, the Holy Spirit creed. Tradition
