Managing Director

                                Michael Gober
                                Before founding Family Equity Partners in 2008, Michael Gober was both an investor
                                in and an operator of small and medium-sized businesses. With Securitas Capital and
FAMILY                          then e Triton Fund, each with over $500 million under management, Michael

EQUITY                          served the middle market by acquiring, advising and working side-by-side with
                                established companies in search of capital and operational support. Michael advised
PARTNERS                        on and completed various transactions across a wide range of industries, including
                                telecommunications, consumer goods, and health care services.
Investment and Dedication
to Small Businesses
                                Subsequently, Michael led a family business with $20 million in sales, and, in the role
                                of COO, developed and executed a plan to reposition the company and establish new
                                sales, distribution and revenue models in order to position it for success in a rapidly
                                changing market. Michael received his MBA from Stanford University, a Masters in
                                International Political Economy from the London School of Economics, a Bachelors
                                in Economics with honors from e Wharton School, and a Bachelors in English
                                from e University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude with Phi Beta Kappa honors.

                                Robert Pahlavan
                                Rob is a proven leader with an excellent track record of producing results across a
                                variety of industries. Rob rst built a foundation in analyzing, evaluating and
                                managing businesses at both McKinsey & Company and Capital One. Rob then
                                gained buyout and industry roll-up related experience at several di erent
                                organizations, culminating in investments in the following industries: technology,
                                business services and retail. Most recently, Rob was an Area Manager for Equinox
                                Fitness Clubs, where he managed well over 400 employees in three di erent markets.
                                   rough these experiences, Rob has developed the ability to evaluate, manage and
                                develop small and growing businesses.

                                Rob holds a BA with Honors from Vanderbilt University, where he was the Guy Go e
                                Means Award winner. Rob also possesses a MBA from the Stanford Graduate School
                                of Business, where he focused on entrepreneurship and leadership. Rob is an active
                                volunteer and board contributor for City Year of New York.
