Analysis generic codes and conventions for my music magazine

The colour blue such as for

In my opinion, the blue
represents men society and
that the magazine is about
the successful music career

music front cover which
implies that the male
masculinity of the musician
within the pop society are
being used on the front of
music magazines.
Conventions:
The clothing o the artist
represents the kind of
music he is famous and
that Justin Bieber has
been shown with his
tattoos that makes him
look strong and
powerful with his
music lifestyle and that
he is known as the king
of pop after ‘Michael
Jackson’.
The facial expression of
his hair covering his
face suggests that he is
confident with himself
and that the music
magazine is going to be
based on his music
industry

the colour grey for the
magazine background is for
the same reason or the
music magazine makes the
font cover image stand out
more for the audience. The
red text makes the magazine
stand out with its bright
colours towards its dark
backgrounds. The colour
grey also suggest women
dominance additionally as it
suggest elegance and
fashion.
I think that this magazine
has got to do with personal,
lifestyle and about famous
people life's such as
musicians and models. This
is a conventional to keep to
the audience to read
through the magazine.

The masthead, as to the
main image has a very

language. This shows that
women are very powerful
and as the headline ‘of the
new film the girl with the
dragon tattoo’ is about
women being independent
and powerful and by having
such a strong background
image relates to the

also suggest that it may be
