That is seriously rare. Further, the price tag for the course is not friendly either, at seventeen
hundred plus dollars.
Deed Grabber - By Rick Dawson. Deals with purchasing deeds from owners prior to tax
foreclosure. Great upshot potential, strong program, great price point. BUT, it works only in
trust deed states and you do in fact have to flip the property. The best programs show you
how to profit without actually owning the property.. And, the idea that you can buy a deed for
a few hundred bucks. Most cases, speaking from experience, that is unrealistic. This is the
case regardless of how you phrase your approach. Price is nice and cheap but the lack of
available prospective properties makes this a limited product. Perhaps a side deal or two.
Third product by Rick Dawson is Court house riches. Not bad. Good bit of info, combining a
number of systems. The price tag of just under a grand is not our cup of tea. Maybe a nice
re-packaged way to extend sales and audience?
Free and Clear Real Estate System by J Beck. It's a tax sale investment system. This is well
written, detailed. At less than twenty dollars, this is really well priced. However, the additional
information on available property is a recurring monthly bill just under $40 and there are
crazy complaints about the back end support being about trying to sign folks up for
mentoring. Not bait and switch, but borderline.
Land Profit Formula, now Land Profit Generator - By Jack Bosch. Basically, it's a different
take on buying deeds on property coming up for tax sale foreclosure.. Same problem as with
deed grabber. You still have to flip it to capture equity. Unless you've been under a rock, the
thought of having to re-sell the property, regardless of how cheap, doesn't turn you on. Two
Grand price tag? Whew.... Jack is obviously damn proud of that course.
Okay, let's look at the Rebel Millionaire System. Hate to admit it. But there is a plus here.
That is, the partnership aspect that is offered. Unfortunately, the course is way pricey. Yep
another one approaching two thousand big ones. Plus we're not fans of short sale based
programs. And, you still stuck with creating income out of thin air. Gotta give this one a
thumbs down.
Then we come to judgment recovery. Particulary judgment recovery business training
systems - Up until recently, this was one of our top picks. The top judgment recovery courses
are authored by Sierra Judgment Recovery and then Peter Gilboy. Really great programs
with sensational documentation. And the price is right. But right now its two thumbs down.
Why? The main reason has nothing to do with the programs. The powers that be are passing
new laws further restricting a judgment recovery specialists chance to get ahold of assets.
