We all know that looking after our physical health is an ongoing process. No one imagines that if you get yourself in the peak of physical condition, then you’ll stay fit for the rest of your life …

We all know that looking after our physical health is an ongoing process. No one imagines that if you get yourself in the peak of physical condition, then you’ll stay fit for the rest of your life without doing anything. And so it is with our mental health – it requires regular attention. Just as with physical health we can cultivate regular habits which support good mental health and emotional resilience – if only we know what they are!
