    • Our Management TeamRona BorrePresident and CEORona Borre, Founder, President, and CEO, of Instant Technology started as a recruiter 12 years ago in the Information Technology arena at a technology recruiting firm.  She then moved to a global technology staffing firm in 1996 as an Account Manager where she became the #1 producer four years in a row from 1997 to 2000 (#1 recruiter, #1 national sales and #1 global sales).  After building a twenty million dollar book of business, Rona ventured on her own to establish a company that placed equal importance on client and consultant satisfaction. Since founding Instant Technology in 2001, which is a Women-Owned Small Business enterprise, our company has consistently doubled total revenue and net income in the first five years.  Rona received her BS in Business from University of Arizona.

    • Elizabeth DeFazioVice President, Sales and OperationsElizabeth DeFazio, Vice President, has been in the technology staffing industry for over 13 years.  Upon receipt of her Master’s degree in Psychology, she began in the Information Technology field as a technology recruiter in the Chicago market for a very large recruiting firm (the third largest in the world).  She served as National Director of Sales and Training in which she opened numerous offices around the country.  Currently, she has been an integral part in the growth and development of Instant Technology.  As the Vice President, she is responsible for managing our sales and recruiting efforts.

    • Richard LeeChief Financial OfficerRichard Lee has over 15 years of finance, operations and strategy experience. Before joining Instant Technology, Richard served as a Division Controller and M&A Director for Orbitz where he grew OFB from $30 million to over $200 million in volume in less than two years.  Prior to Orbitz, Richard served as a principal consultant with Diamond Technology Partners where he advised clients in Fortune 500, FTSE 50 and KOSDAQ firms across a range of industries.  Before entering the professional services arena, Richard served for six years as a commissioned officer in the U. S. Army.  Richard received his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and BS from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
