Policy on phone use, conversations, muting computer sound.No printing or access to student storage when using wireless laptop.Reserve readings are available from the circulation desk.The library also is home to the AV center where all audio visual equipment is kept. This is also where you would view a video that may have been assigned by your instructor. You can borrow a laptop from AV for use in the library.
Having overdue fines can have an impact on getting your grades, enrolling in classes and graduating. Does everyone know how to log in to a computer?
You need to use your student login to access databases when not in the library.
You can take out 10 books (2 weeks), and 3 periodicals (1 week). Student Card, Circulation Desk. Plagiarism vs. copyright – both issues of intellectual property. Discuss obtaining an image/video from a free site, found in public domain , or authorized by the owner/artist/photographer. Permission should be obtained otherwise. Fair Use – less than 10% of original work - not used for your whole presentation – not to be distributed or shown commercially.
