Available Options <ul><li>Direct Sales Force: expensive, require broad product line, and major financial commitment. </li></ul><ul><li>Indirect Sales Channels: Sales Representative, act as your direct sales force, carry other (non competing) lines, does not take ‘title” to the products, doesn’t carry inventory, you pay only commission . Manufacture handles payments/receivables. </li></ul><ul><li>Indirect Sales Channels: Distribution, provide sales channel, buy & sell, provide logistics / inventory management, and credit terms to customers. </li></ul>
