• It is a traditional British main meal, served on Sundays.
• Consisting of:
Roast Beef, they are also popular (pork, lamb, chicken)
the meat is roasted in the oven.
Boiled or roasted vegetables like turnip, cabbage,
broccoli, carrots, green beans…
sauce is made from the juices that run from meat and
vegetables during cooking.
Yorkshire pudding is a simple mixture made from milk,
flour, eggs, water; poured into oiled muffin -tins, cooked in
the oven. At the end it has a round shape.
