    COMPLAINT FROM MUMBAI - 14 OCT CADBURY UDAAN THAILAND TOUR
    RESPECTED SIR,
    THE TOUR ORGANIZED BY YOU ,THE QUALITY OF TOUR WAS VERY POOR (3RD CLASS) HOTELS WERE 3RD CLASS AND THE ITINERARY WAS 3RD CLASS. BREAKFAST ON ALL 3 DAYS WAS SO BAD THAT I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE IT TO MY DOGS BUT LUNCH AND DINNER WERE OK. IN AL THREE DAYS,ONLY ONE HOUR WE WENT FOR SIGHT SEEING,AND THE GUIDES SHOWED US ONLY CORAL ISLANDS,MANAGEMENT WAS VERY VERY BAD,AND ALL THE DAYS IN TRIP,THEY USELESSLY IRRITATED US,EVERY DAY,6-8 HRS THE GUIDES USED TO STOP THE VEHICLES NEAR BIG C MALL AND IRRITATE US. THE GUIDES WERE ONLY INTERESTED IN THE PLACES WHERE THEY HAD COMMISSIONS LIKE MASSAGE PARLORS AND SHOWS. THE TIMINGS OF HOTELS CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT HOTELS WERE TOTALLY WRONG,THE CHECK IN TIME WAS 7AM AND CHECK OUT TIME WAS ALSO 7AM NEXT DAY. IN PATTAYA ALSO,CHECK OUT TIME WAS 10AM,

    THE HOTELS WERE ALSO OUT OF THE MAIN TOWN,THE QUALITY OF THE HOTELS WERE POOR,THERE WERE SEWERS OPEN OUTSIDE HOTELS,MOSQUITOES EVERYWHERE NO HOT WATER.

    RESPECTED SIR,I AM TRAVELLING FROM PAST 25 YEARS IN PACKAGES AND I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH AN BAD PACKAGE EVER.
