A lesson prepared for my P5 practicum class to teach on the food pyramid in Malay language. Seems like a science lesson coz theres some scientific facts which my pupils had to chew on. Definitely one of my favourite lessons.

A powerpoint presentation that I prepared for the Malay and Tamil Department in conjunction with the Deeparaya celebrations during early 2007. There is also a short quiz sesson carried out. Kids had fun as there was also voice over done for the powerpoint. Glad to have shared this with the whole school.
A lesson prepared for my external moderator during 2nd practicum. Definitely worth all the effort. I got a Distinction. I guess I was able to win over the moderator by using SCAMPER. She was my lecturer back in NIE and she taught on SCAMPER. So I guess, she was really pleased to see that I applied whatever that she taught me in my lesson. Hahahahahaha!
This lesson was prepared in line with a topic in the P5 Malay language textbook on tropical fruits. By chance, I managed to find a few pictures of Spongebob with fruits. Really cute. This lesson also received praises from my School Coordinating mentor and Cooperating Teacher during my 2nd practicum. Lesson was carried out on 22 March 2006.
A lesson on another aspect of prefix/suffix for p5 in Malay language. Simple lesson with simple task. I realised that corpse bride is not a good and fun cartoon to use. It's dull. This lesson was carried out on 20 March 2006.
This lesson also comprises of a few station games to teach colelctive nouns for p5. Lesson was carried out on 10 March 2006. Simple but there were alot of teaching moments which made my pupils think critically. Good lesson I must say.
A lesson for P5 explaining concepts in Malay language. Cute powerpoint but very simple. Task was only to complete activity book. Then again, its still a task. hahaha!
This is a lesson prepared for my first observation by my supervisor for second practicum. Alot of effort was put into this lesson as theres also a video and many other props which I brought along for my pupils. This lesson was carried out on 7 March 2006. This is my favourite lesson by far. My p5 pupils loved it. Definitely worth the effort put it.

A task-based lesson prepared for my P3 pupils during my 2nd practicum. Actually on the actual ppt, the jigsaw pieces will disappear one at a time to reveal a word which my pupils have to add the suffix to. However, due to the limitations of this site, you can't see them.
A PowerPoint presentation that was prepared for a task based language teaching lesson for my P3 pupils during my second practicum. However, I've also carried out this lesson with my P2 students this year. It was great as I used the classroom management system.
3. Helo Rodney. Awak kelihatan pucat hari ini. Awak sakit lagikah? Ya, Fender. Saya rasa kurang sihat. Saya tidak tahu kenapa kebelakangan ini saya sering jatuh sakit. Hmmm, saya rasa awak tidak menjaga kesihatan awak dengan bersenam dan memakan makanan yang sihat serta seimbang. Kalau begitu, bolehkah awak membantu saya?
4. Piramid makanan Saya ingin membantu awak tetapi saya mempunyai masalah. Piramid makanan saya tidak lengkap. Saya perlu meminta bantuan daripada murid-murid darjah 5 dahulu untuk membina semula piramid makanan saya.
5. Wahai murid-murid yang bijaksana, mari kita menjelajah Bandar Robot dan bertanya teman-teman saya yang lain mengenai piramid makanan. Dengan cara itu, kita sama-sama dapat membina piramid makanan Fender itu.
7. Piramid makanan adalah panduan bagi memilih makanan secara sihat. Piramid makanan mempunyai empat aras atau tingkat. Makanan yang dimakan seharian perlu diambil paling banyak daripada kumpulan makanan di bahagian paling bawah piramid, dan yang paling sedikit daripada kumpulan makanan di bahagian paling atas. Kita perlu memakan makanan yang pelbagai kerana tiada satu makanan boleh membekalkan kesemua nutrien serta vitamin yang diperlukan badan. Beginilah piramid makanan: Aras 1 Aras 2 Aras 3 Aras 4
9. Aras 1 piramid makanan mengandungi kumpulan makanan yang kaya dengan karbohidrat kompleks yang merupakan sumber tenaga yang utama . Makanan ini juga membekalkan vitamin, mineral, serat dan sedikit protein. Dalam sehari, makanan daripada kumpulan ini perlu dimakan paling banyak iaitu 8-12 sajian . Contoh makanan bagi kumpulan ini adalah nasi, mi, roti, hasil bijirin, tepung gandum, biskut, capati dan lain-lain lagi. Aras 1
11. Aras 2 piramid makanan pula mengandungi makanan yang kaya dengan vitamin, mineral dan serat . Dalam sehari, makanan daripada kumpulan ini perlu dimakan sekurang-kurangnya 5 sajian . Contoh makanan bagi kumpulan ini adalah sayur-sayuran dan buah-buahan seperti tomato, kubis, pisang dan anggur . Aras 2 buah-buahan sayur-sayuran
13. Aras 3 mengandungi kumpulan makanan yang kaya dengan protein, vitamin B, zat besi, zinc dan magnesium . Dalam sehari, makanan daripada kumpulan ini perlu dimakan dengan sederhana iaitu 1-2 sajian sahaja. Contoh makanan daripada kumpulan ini adalah daging, ikan, ayam, kacang soya, kacang dhal, hasil tenusu seperti susu dan keju dan lain-lain lagi. Aras 3
15. Aras 4 mengandungi kumpulan makanan yang kaya dengan lemak, minyak dan gula . Makanan daripada kumpulan ataupun aras ini hanya boleh dimakan sedikit sahaja . Contoh makanan daripada kumpulan ini adalah gula, mentega, minyak sapi dan lain-lain lagi. Aras 4
