2. Where is located Gernika
● Gernika is located in the Basque country ( Bizkaia ). Gernika is small but
we still have our customs that are very specials for ous.
3. The schools in Gernika
● Normaly the classes start at 9:00 o’clock in the morning, but in DBH we
have to enter at 8:30 in the morning.
● The classes finish at 4:30, except on fridays that finish at 1:30, but only
in DBH.
● The school start in the 9th of september and it finished at the 21 of june.
● In Gernika don’t use any uniforms, in any schools.
4. What do the people do in their free time
● People like me usually do this things after school: go home to do
homeworks, go to a training of a sport, or other extracurricular classes…
● Gernika is a cold and hot place at the same time.Teens normaly get with
their friends to: talk, laugh, walk, go swimming...
● The typicals sport of Gernika are:football, basketball,cestapunta,
eskupilota...
5. The typical food of Gernika
● In Gernika the typical food are green pepers, bacalao al pil-pil
● In Gernika the food is very natural, because we cultivate in our
gardens, like the: green pepers, tomato, carrot, lettuce…
