The people of Basque Country eat many
products from the sea and the land. In the
Basque kitchen these products are used.
In the Basque Country there are many
tipical foods. A typical food is “hake in
green sauce”. The main ingredient is the
hake and it´s sauce. Eating in many
restaurants and homes. It´s easy to
prepare.
3. How to prepare it?
Ingredients: hake, peas, garlic, parsley, olive oil, white wine, water, salt.
How to prepare it: First, the green sauce is prepared with the olive oil,
garlic, parsley, white wine, water and salt. Then, the peas are added. Finaly,
adds the hake and it cooks. You can add clams too. It´s delicious!!
