to satisfy some aspects.

certificated green restaurants in Chicago.

sources of energy

3. Waste: zero-waste is the objective (reducing and recycling)

5. Rated
The restaurants get the Green Certification if they
accumulate a total of 100 points (with a
minimum points in each category)
They must have a full-scale recycling and an
annual education program.
