• My initial idea is to create a Pop Music Video with a CD Cover
and a Website for the Artist.
• The song is called Freedom and the video will represent the
name and the lyrics the song has.
• The Target Audience for my Music Video is 13 – 24 year olds
who listen to pop music and who access online media
regularly.
• The artist I am going to be using is a 14 year old girl who
sings pop and sometimes pop/rock music.

4. Target Audience Questionnaire
Here is the Questionnaire I created and handed out to get some research about what people like and would like to
see in my music video.
I am making a Music Video. The Genre is going to be pop music. The Target Audience for this product is
hopefully Teens/ Young Adults from 13 – 24 who listen to pop music and like watching music videos.
Also I am going to create a website for the artist which features the music video and I am also going to
create CD Cover Art for the single.
The artist I am going to be featuring in my music video is a 14 year old girl with a great voice. Although I
can’t give a synopsis of the music video just yet it will be a fun modern pop music video. Please answer

7. Analysis of CD Cover
I asked the target audience what they would like to see on the
CD Cover of this teen singer. Most of the Results are;

• CD Title (Single/Album)
• Artists Name
• Good Exciting Fonts
• Bright Colours
From these results I will design the CD Cover with these ideas
in mind and I will include the things above.
8. Conclusion
From the results of my Primary research which was a
questionnaire I have now changed my ideas around a little
bit.
Before I was going to create a music video in the genre of pop
but I am now going to do it in the genre of Pop/Rock which is
what the target audience want more than pop because only
50% of people like listening to the genre pop while the other
50% prefer Pop/rock.
Through my music video I have also decided to tell a story as
that’s what the target audience also like to see.
My Target audience has now changed to 13 – 24 year old
females as the males will not like the sort of music video I
create.
