I have worked for 1.5 years in England. The attractive market, demanding for high technology projects
(software development) and the language improvement were my main motivations.

2. Professional Experience
Google Business Group Lead
Google Business Groups (GBGs) are run by independent business professionals aiming to improve the
local business ecosystem with Google Technologies. GBGs form a worldwide Community and I am
responsible for coordinating this network in Brazil. My initial challenge at Google was to revitalize the
GBGs. After 7 months empowering and motivating 100+ GBG Managers, we raised the number of GBGs
from 13 to 26. Our activity index, measuring # of events, attendees, feedback and success cases went
from 479 in Q2 to 1,595 in Q3 (+232%) and 2,054 in Q4 (+328%), bringing Brazil from #14 to #3 in the
worldwide ranking. GBGs delivered 52 events to 4,053 attendees in 2014.
I was also responsible for all the logistics of Launchpad, a 1-week event held in Rio de Janeiro and São
Paulo, bringing mentors from Israel, USA, Switzerland, Japan and Mexico to boost 50 Startups as part of
the Google Startup Launch Program.
Organization and participation in events is a key activity, so I have been a frequent speaker in events like:

● 1st
and 2nd
Entrepreneur Women Conference – a GBG Women initiative
● Several GBG events with over 100 attendees, including 3 Design Sprint Workshops
Community Manager & Digital Marketing Lead

(RS), Intel Software Day, Intel Software Conference (SP and RJ) and others.
By delivering training on Intel Xeon Phi (a 61-core Intel coprocessor) and Touch & Sensor programming
on Windows, developers and ISVs were enabled to deliver great software on Intel Platforms.
Since Q4’13 I also perform the role of Digital Marketing Lead, driving online campaigns (AdWords &
Facebook Ads) and Intel Software’s Social Media presence.
