I . What Is Balanced Scorecard?
Example #1:
If a company sets the objective for reducing operation cost, they can set
the target for limiting time of calls support customer is the maximum 5

authors Kaplan and Norton (1996) introduced the “balanced scorecard”
(BSC). The balanced scorecard approach “balances” customer, internal
process, and learning and growth measures against traditional financial
measures.
Financial indicators never tell the entire story of an organization, since talent,
organizational culture, and customer relationships go a long way toward dictatingorganizational culture, and customer relationships go a long way toward dictating
future financial performance.
