We follow named user licensing model. The pricing is based on the number of
user the customer would like to use for their requirements.
 Maintenance
Maintenance service is compulsory for the first year and customer shall avail
service for subsequent years at 20% of the license cost per year.
 Value Maintenance Provides
• 9 x 5 phone / email based support remotely. This support addresses client’s
issues on weekdays and business hours only.
• No-charge upgrades to future releases throughout maintenance term.
• Maintenance component only can be renewed at the end of the term.
