21. The twinkie2diet has been a challenging yet
rewarding endeavor. Overcoming
depression, embarrassment, bad habits, and guilt
has been a long battle. It is imperative to have the
support of family, friends, and colleagues in order
to overcome the many obstacles I faced in this
challenge, I had that support! Finding balance in
life is not just physical or emotional or social, it is
also intellectual, and especially spiritual. I thank
God for the life I have and the body he has given
me to live that life. Hopefully, I can spend these
remaining years making an impact on people who
have similar struggles and dreams.
