Senior Network Technician
• Senior level technician, who receives and processes desktop, network, and telephony related calls to
    the Central Help Desk, effectively diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
•   Train and oversee help desk personnel in the execution of the operations of the help desk, including
    field support and project related activities.
•   Design and manage project plans that include the installation, testing, and troubleshooting of multi-
    system installations of desktop computers, telecommunication devices, servers, and applications.
•   Perform network switch administration in a Cisco LAN environment.
•   Manage objects in a Microsoft Active Directory domain at the OU level, including Group Policy
    objects, login scripts, and print services.
•   Coordinate activities associated with outside vendors, including implementation of systems and
    technologies, and routine or emergency maintenance.
•   Administer Microsoft Systems Management Server 2003 and Systems Center Configuration Manager
    2007 environments in the realms of software package creation and deployment, computer image
    creation and deployment, and the distribution of Microsoft updates and patches to all supported
    computers.
•   Perform a variety of telephony related tasks in a Nortel PBX environment, including land line
    telephony installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting; both physically and via Nortel Telephony
    Manager.
•   Manage the Blackberry Enterprise Server, performing application maintenance and patching, in a
    Microsoft Exchange environment.
•   Administer Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) groups via Nortel Contact Center 7.0, including
    implementation, support, and advanced scripting for the routing of calls. Oversee the reporting of all
    ACD groups in Contact Center, both historical and real-time.
•   Lead Network Technician acting as the technical liaison between the helpdesk, management and
    other non-IT personnel. Directly involved in the decision making process regarding the
    implementation of new technologies and the establishment of procedures, policies and best practices
    in the areas of desktop support, telecommunications support, application support and deployment,
    and project management. Also assumes a supervisory role of the help desk in the absence of the
    supervisor.

Systems Technician
• Tier 2 support personnel assisting in-house and remote users with technical issues.
•   Responsible for managing multiple projects at once.
•   EMC SAN Administrator responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting any issues regarding
    Dell/EMC CLARiiON CX700 storage arrays located onsite and in our remote Nashville datacenter. This
    support includes utilizing Navisphere Management tools such as SnapView and MirrorView.
•   Organize and prioritize daily projects and tasks using Remedy Action Request System.
