A business model is an abstract representation of an organization, be it conceptual, textual or graphical - of all core inter
related architectural, co-operational & financial arrangements.
A business model describes the rationale of how an organization creates, delivers, and captures value, in economic, social,
cultural or other contexts. The process of business model construction is part of business strategy.

Although AIESEC is a non profit organization, we operate like a for-profit orgranization in a lot of ways. Hence, to sustain our
operations while sustaining our financial health - we must understand the business model for each of our programs.
By doing this we get to see what are those areas in which we can improve so as to grow operationally while ensuring
sustainability .

1. At the next LCM, explain business models to your membership along with an activity to
create the business model for each of our programs
2. Revisit how your EB measures the success of members in your LC to see how you can
recognise members based on parts of the business model.
