    Hi Kathy, thanks for the comments. I cannot figure out the missing letter thing...I have actually deleted this file from slideshare and uploaded it a second time with the same result. Sorry, I just cannot figure out what is causing it. Slide #17 is used to provide some basic guidance for how to move a group from one mode of operation to another...you might need to be functioning in the High Difference / High Interaction mode to do some serious work and solve some serious problems, but it can be counterproductive after a while...so to move to Low Difference you can change the conversation to move in to a Low Difference quadrant...does that answer your question?
