  2. Young people’s familiarity with ICT offers a great opportunity to language teachers. It seems to us that a determined commitment to use this world, which is so familiar to young people, is a key to increasing the engagement of young people of all ages with languages. New technologies can facilitate real contacts with schools and young people in other countries. They can also provide stimulus for creative and interactive work. However, it is only in a written context that the use of the words make proper sense. It is the same thing with vocabulary, spelling or even grammar. In order to develop the art of writing, you need ... to write. Our blog project encourages pupils to write and to read to help them to write better." Roberto Gauvin – Le projet des Cybercarnets du Centre d'apprentissage Haut-Madawaska 2005 - present
