 Make the installation file available
 Start the add-on installation
Software Update Manager (SUM)
 Include installation in EHP upgrade
Upgrading from previous R/3 releases
 Make the upgrade to ECC 6.0 first
 Then install the add-ons
Note: You cannot remove an add-on from a system after installation

RFNO is a business function of business function set Oil & Gas
 The RFNO business function can be activated in transaction SFW5
 The menu and the Customizing branch for RFNO become visible only after activation
Note: You cannot deactivate a business function
