Jax has 15 years of professional design related experience working with clients large and small within a variety of different industries. Jax assists organisations to design and deliver delightful experiences through human-centred design approaches. She also assists organisations to develop their own internal design capability through the provision of tool-kits, workshop facilitation, mentorship, program development and customer-research. She has 10 years experience as a CX/UX design consultant, more recently working as a multichannel service designer, researcher and strategist.
