Our question is``how do i make a homemade lava
lamp?’’

3. Hypothesis
We thought it was going to bubble up and down

4. Research
What to do: Get a plastic bottle and cap,empty and clean.
Get Vegetable oil
Food coloring
Salt, or an Alka-Seltzer

5. It’s EXPERIMENTING TIME!
1.pour in veggie oil half way in.
2.pour in water to top of bottle.
3.put in 3 drops of food coloring.
4.put in alka-seltzer.
5.enjoy your lava lamp! Notice
Don’t shake!
See conclusion.

We observed that all the ingredients mixed up.

7. conclusion
You should not shake it up because it will not
work.Next time,we will add the food coloring and
alka seltzer and then watch for bubbles.
