Technology: Using digital images or digital video Rationale: Visual examples clarify concepts.
Technology: Using maps from the Internet. Rationale: Up-to-date information is available.
Technology: Creating a podcast in collaborative learning groups. Rationale: Active participation is motivating for students.
Technology: e-books or audio books Rationale: Printed materials are barrier for students who are not able to keep up with reading loads (slow or inefficient readers).
