Victim:
Mr. Lander advertised he was buying a vehicle, after a few hours Mr. Ching called in
telling Mr. Lander he had a vehicle. The two parties met at Glen Park where Mr. Lander
was told the car details and such. After a few questions Mr. Lander handed over the
money. At this point Tommy said that he needed to pick up the car and assured Mr.
Lander that he doesn’t scam, and then Mr. Ching drove away, not returning.
