- A bit of a background Support Alliance and channel partners, distributors Play with technology, learn how a huge tech company operates, business culture, politics and power play But slow to change :P take directions from global who does not know local markets :P Before that, I had the best job Start up owner, music, own boss Build business through internet marketing, events Only one in Singapore Close to customer and satisfied when secure deals for bands or when customers buy our CDs But the present business model for music is dying, just like newspaper business :P Next slide: The Wrong Job

- Open-minded, always lament that too much theory in NU classes, where’s the interaction! :P and why lecturers do not follow instruction themselves when marking papers! Always looking for next challenge and enjoy new experiences: Why I am presenting first :P In fact, was never in business, for years in Esplanade in technical profession, big career jump Then start up happened, then love for marketing Downsides: Bored in current job? :P Impatient for results, think that problems can always be fixed later But I heard this is a Hong Kong-er mentality? Maybe I can be as successful in business as them :P

Easily understand concept=evident in projects Team members can agree, that I provide concepts and provide a plan based on understanding Global: Digital Marketing, my interest, Too excited, buy books, attend lectures Read through many materials online And I think ‘I GET IT’ NEXT SLIDE: Personality Analysis
