“The power tools that may be authorized
for use on a per occurrence basis by the
Public Works Foreman are limited to weed
trimmers (string trimmers only), leaf
blowers and power drills. All other powered
equipment, power tools and chainsaws
may only be used by City employees or
contractors on the Premises. “

be granted to individuals who have been trained
by MORC in the safe and proper use of
