    • Tells what you are trying to accomplish
    • Tells employers the benefits you bring to their organization
    • Shows if you were paying attention to directions and their job posting / advertisement
    • Grab recruiters attention and MAKE them continue reading
  • 3. Creating The Objective
    • Look at the job posting
    • Generate the strengths, experience and benefits you bring to that organization
    • Research organization and the position
    • Write a detailed and specific objection
    • Paste into your resume
  • 4. Look at the Job Posting / Advertisement
  • 5. What Can You Bring To The Position?
    • Do you have previous experience?
    • Do you have a love for cars?
    • Have you been in sales before?
    • Do you drive a Kia?
    • What are your long term goals with a position like this?
    • Short term goals?
  • 6. Research The Company
    • Look them up on ZoomInfo.com
    • See if they have a company website
    • Google them
