3. INTRODUCING FY13-Q1 Cloud Easy Offer
• This offer allows customers to earn subsidy payouts on qualifying subscription
purchases that can be applied towards future purchases of Microsoft software and
associated services from their Microsoft partner of choice. Claims can be submitted for
all eligible Online Services purchases made between July 1, 2012 and September
30, 2012.
Key Program Features:
• Focused on Online Services solutions (Office 365, Windows Intune, CRM Online)
• Payout rate of 15.0% (of annual subscription fee) consistent with the FY12 Big Easy
Offer
• Offer duration of three months: July 1 through September 30th, 2012
