HIALEAH-MIAMI LAKES MEDIA CENTER Library Media Center Guidelines You must have an official yellow pass signed by your teacher in order to use the LMC when you are not with one of your teachers.   No food, drinks, gum, or personal electronic devices are permitted. Please work quietly so you don’t disturb other students in the LMC. Always use the main entrance to enter and leave the LMC.
HIALEAH-MIAMI LAKES MEDIA CENTER Library Media Center Fines: There is a five cents per day per book fine for late books – please return your books on time for others to use. Or renew your books without penalty BEFORE they are due! You will be charged a fine for lost or damaged books.  The fine will be assessed according to the damage and price of the book.
HIALEAH-MIAMI LAKES MEDIA CENTER Hours and Checkout of Materials: The Library Media Center is open from 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.   You need a pass from a teacher in order to visit the library during school hours. You do not need a pass before and after school. You may check out 5 books for 2 weeks at a time. Or renew your books if you need more time!
