  • faheemullah1 Software Developer, Student and Researcher Hello! I want to develop a web application in PHP and MySQL. I have created database in MySQL, named studrec, having three tables, profile(id, subject_id, name, course), subject(subject_id, grade_id, subject_name), and grade(grade_id, grade). I want to make an interactive Tree View from this database using Gephi. Is it possible to make a tree having nodes and sub nodes in a graph style in Gephi? and can I use that in webpage and can do programming for this tree in PHP? so that I be able to expand and collapse the graph tree in a website. The main node will be profile, under profile the names sub nodes, under each name sub node the subject sub nodes, and under each subject sub node the grades sub nodes. Is the database correct for acheiving this graph?? I tried to get register on Gephi forum but can't due to some problem there. Plz help. Thanks 5 months ago
