VERY pleased

I had some apprehension to purchasing a sectional of this value online. However, after some
searching and research, I found this Bobkona sectional w/ottoman for sale from Hollywood
Decor and placed my order. This transaction was probably the easiest I have made for a large
item such as this. The emails and followup phone calls I received from this company were very
professional and provided me with specific detail about my delivery. I was contacted by the
trucking company and a 3-hour delivery window was given. The driver was at my door a few
minutes early and within 15 minutes I had moved the three pieces into my living room and began
assembly. The assembly instructions were easy to follow and after 1 hour, my new sectional was
complete. Each piece of the couch was well protected and there was not a single blemish aside
from a couple of VERY minor scratches on the legs (which once assembled, are not even
visible).
After reading some horror stories from individuals who purchased couches, sectionals and chairs
online, I had some hesitation. However, this was a perfect experience. The couch is gorgeous,
comfortable and was easy to assemble. The service from Hollywood Decor was top notch and I
would highly recommend purchasing from them regardless of where you live (I am in VT).

AMAZING AMAZING! Comfy and elegant.

I can't explain to you how great this couch is. It looks amazing and so comfy. What I was really
impressed by was how the seat covers are made. They have support that wont let them sag over
time. When you sit they give you enough support that does make you feel like you are sinking
into the couch. The fabric feels great against your skin and makes it look like an expensive
couch.
3. The only thing I would say, is that when I got the couch in three boxes and had to put most of it
together had me worried that it wouldn't be sturdy. But it actually turned out to be very well
made. It took me about 30 minutes to put it together with the help of a friend. Unpacking
included in the time.
If you want a couch, get this one.

Happy with purchase

I ordered this couch and received it about a week ago. The couch is great it is a lot lighter than
the picture however. It is well made, easy to assemble and looks very nice. I was happily
surprised since this was my first time
purchasing furniture online. On another note the company I purchased it from was not such a
happy surprise. IPoundex. The couch took a month to get here I had to email the company
several times and it was even still a few days after they said it would arrive. Once it finally was
delivered the ottoman was a totally different color to a different set I am still waiting on the
correct one and am very u happy has been almost 45 days and still dont have all my furniture
company has offered nothing for the huge inconvenience.
