Shadows Fall
1. What’s up guys, what are you up to here at NAMM 2010?
2. So, Brian, what’s the forecast looking like for Shadows Fall in 2010 aside from
your upcoming tour?
3. Awesome man. Speaking of your upcoming tour, you guys excited about the tour
coming up with Five Finger Death Punch, Throwdown and 2 Cents? It kicks off
this Thursday right?
4. You guys looking to mix up or rotate your set list to accommodate your catalog
2. and fan favorites?
5. Still I Rise just announced to be part of the metal track pack for Guitar Hero. Why
that song?
6. No Label Contest, which is geared towards unsigned acts, aims to help and
educate the winner on how to become a self-sufficient artist without a traditional
record deal. Part of winning is the luxury of star treatment and ability to mingle
with Shadows Fall professionally. What exactly does star treatment mean exactly?
7. How happy are you guys with the outcome of Retribution and (do you guys have
any new material cooking in the lab? ) is this the path of songwriting that you
guys are purging forward with for your next studio effort?
8. Cool man, let’s stray off the beaten path here. H1N1 vaccine, take it or skip it?
9. What’s your favorite website? Please don’t say pornhub.com
10. New Metallica or New Slayer?
11. If you had the chance to throw your own festival, who would play your festival?
12. There’s a new trend among classic metal bands to play one of their albums live
from beginning to end. If you had the chance, which album would you love to
play live from beginning to end?
Thanks and I look forward to crushing heads with you guys in 2010!
Skinlab
1. Howdy Skinlab! What are you guys up to here at NAMM 2010?
2. So you guys are finally back on the saddle and on the move again. How good
does it feel to be active again and what are some of Skinlab’s plans for 2010?
As I Lay Dying
1. Mr. Hippa! Good to see you and are you here to cause trouble or what are up
to here at NAMM 2010?
2. Awesome man. Now let’s talk AILD. How’s the new material coming along
and when can we hear some of the new stuff? I know I’m pumped about it!
3. With Adam D. and Daniel Castleman at the producer’s helm, you guys must
not get much work done. I’m kidding man! How is it working with both and
what do their expertise bring to the table?
4. Now I know that you guys are planning to tour in support of your new record
when it comes out but I wanted to know, how were the two shows that you
guys did in Mexico and Sri Lanka by the way back in December 09?
5. So Nick, do you have Tap Tap Revenge 3 on your phone and if so, have you
actually ever played other people through the online gaming arena?
6. Do you agree with bands that say that touring and selling merch is the only
way for a band to survive in this horrible economic climate of today?
7. Cool man, let’s stray off the beaten path here. H1N1 vaccine, take it or skip it?
8. What’s your favorite website? Don’t tell me it’s asstraffic.com!
3. 9. Social networking sites, lame or addictive?
10. Metallica or Lamb Of God?
11. There’s a new trend among classic metal bands to play one of their albums
live from beginning to end. If you had the chance, which album would you
love to play live from beginning to end?
12. So Nick, what would you like to see happen in 2010?
Thanks and I look forward to crushing heads with you guys in 2010!
Armored Saint
1. Mr. Joey Vera, welcome back to the fold and what are up to here at
NAMM 2010?
2. March 16th will be a special day for Armored Saint and your fans as you
guys unleash La Raza onto the world. Does it feel like a second coming of
sorts or a rebirth in a sense for you?
3. I was excited to hear that you guys worked with Bryan Carlstrom for the
new record. He did engineer my favorite Armored Saint record of all time,
Symbol Of Salvation. What did he Bryan bring to the table and where was
the middle ground between you and Bryan while recording?
4. Now I read on your site that you guys took the new recording back to the
old school by recording strictly in Analog. What sparked the idea to record
the old school way and how much fun did you guys have in the studio?
5. So would you care to elaborate on what kind of sound we should be
expecting for La Raza? Rock? Metal? Classic?
6. Are you guys currently mapping out some US dates after the release or do
you guys have any plans of touring in support of the new record?
7. Awesome man, well, let’s change it up a bit.
8. If you had a chance to throw your own Festival, who would play your
festival?
9. Are social networking sites lame or addictive?
10. What’s your favorite website?
11. What would you like to see happen in 2010?
Thanks Joey! Glad you guys are back and I can’t wait for the album to come out and kick
some ass!
Behemoth
1. Nergal, how are enjoying your time here at NAMM 2010 and what are you up to?
2. Alright man, I’m going to go straight for the jugular here, what’s the latest news
on the Polish political party coming after you over Bible-Tearing at a show? This
sounds nuts.
3. Thanks! Now you guys are currently on tour here in the US and I believe you
guys are halfway through it. How have the shows been and what are the band’s
4. plans after this tour?
4. Would you agree that your latest is a defining moment in your long storied
musical career and in your opinion, why do you think it took so long for people to
catch on to Behemoth?
5. (which piece of lyric speaks to you the most off your latest masterpiece?)
6. Alright Nergal, let’s rot inside your head. H1N1 vaccine. Take it or skip it?
7. What’s the weirdest or most odd piece of item that you have signed that was
brought to a Behemoth signing session?
8. What’s your most favorite website?
