A 75-year-old woman was referred for assessment of a facial lesion that had been present for 1 year. Dermoscopy of the lesion revealed an absence of pigment network, linear and branching red blood vessels, ulceration, and multiple blue-gray globules, which are features characteristic of basal cell carcinoma.
